I thought this was a good basic video on radon.
Here in Ann Arbor about 40% of our homes have an elevated radon level also. I spoke to a home owner last week who said he wasn’t convinced radon was really any kind of health problem. Regardless of what you believe on the health impacts, radon is a market value problem. The market sees it as a defect, just like being next to a busy road.
